| In a recent interview with TOPMexicoRealEstate, Arturo Hernandez, Valle de Bravo Real Estate expert, predicts a lot of movement in Valle de Bravo's market for the 2010 season. Hernandez points out that rentals, for example, are up at least 50% from 2009. "These [renters] are people who will want to live here," says Hernandez. "Once they check it out, they will buy." In addition to buyers looking for a relaxing home away from home, the Valle de Bravo market also appeals to real estate buyers who are looking for a secure ways to invest their money. The area offers a variety of price ranges, appealing to different budgets. Valle de Bravo's specialty are small ranches, 5 acres and up. Hernandez describes the type of property for sale as "high class." Many properties are being offered as a package, with bonuses such as golf course memberships, fenced horse-riding areas, tennis courts, swimming pools, bars and upscale restaurants. Hernandez also points out that at the moment, most real estate buyers in Valle de Bravo are Mexican nationals from the capital, Mexico City. Many of them visited Valle de Bravo on vacation, escaping the busy life of the big city, fell in love with the area, and decided to by a second home for vacations. Since the town already has a thriving tourist industry, it offers many services and attractions. It is only a short drive away from Toluca - a large city which offers all services, and a wide range of large, international stores; Valle de Bravo is less than 2 hrs away from the Santa Fe financial district at the west end of Mexico City. This new financial district has been developed recently with top of the line healthcare and the largest shopping center in Mexico. While all of this is nearby, while Valle de Bravo itself offers a quiet, relaxing countryside lifestyle. This amazing combination of benefits is still available for relatively low prices is since the Valle de Bravo real estate market so far has been "undiscovered" by non-Mexican buyers. Valle de Bravo offers relaxed, "rustic" luxury at a fraction of the price of similar properties in other areas. Hernandez draws attention to the fact that homes and condos alike are still available around the $120,000 USD range.
